Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment with intention, while letting go of judgment.

What is this course all about?
In this course you will dive into the practice of mindfulness in daily life, in meditation, and through yoga. Take time for yourself to slow down, find balance, and expand your understanding of who you are.
What is the structure?
Each week will have a different theme including mindful eating, mindfulness meditation & mindful yoga practice. Each session will include discussions, short presentations by your facilitator, some group work & some take-home work.
Who is leading the course?
Lauren – our Love Body Yoga instructor. Lauren also holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in social work.
Who can attend?
Anyone and everyone! Mindfulness practices are beneficial for all of us to learn more about, and to begin to incorporate these practices into our daily lives.
Location – Yoga Sivana @ 2/52 Ourimbah Road in Mosman
Time & dates – every Wednesday 7:45pm-8:45pm beginning March 23rd and runs until April 27th
