We’re thrilled to announce that our practice is moving to a new location! From Monday, 3 March 2025, we will be operating from our brand-new office in Mosman. The new office offers a fresh, modern environment while keeping all our services under one roof. This means you’ll still receive the same great care from the same team—just in a new, improved location.
Where Is the New Office Located?
Our new office will be at:
📍 Suite 1, Level 1, 44 Avenue Road, Mosman, NSW 2088
The location is approximately a 10-minute walk from our current Cremorne office. It’s near the Cowles Rd & Avenue Rd intersections, just up the hill from the BP petrol station and Cafe Rosa. If you face Mosman Osteopathy, you’ll see a pathway with stairs leading up to our new space.

How Does This Affect My Appointments?
The good news is that your appointment time and day will remain the same unless we contact you to discuss changes. If you’ve already booked an appointment after the move, it will automatically transfer to the new location—no action needed on your part.
How to Book at the New Location
You can schedule your appointments via phone, email, or our online booking system. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is always happy to help.
Getting to the New Office
The new Mosman location is easily accessible by public transport and has ample parking options.
Public Transport Options
- The closest bus stop, “Avenue Rd after Cowles Rd”, is right out the front.
- If travelling from Military Rd, you can exit at Cowles Rd or Avenue Rd and walk 5 minutes downhill.
- The closest ferry station is Mosman Bay, which is a 10-minute walk or a short bus trip away.
Parking Options
There is unlimited, unmetered street parking within a few minutes’ walk. You can find parking along:
- Avenue Rd (down the hill towards the ferry)
- Cowles Rd
- Holt St
- Spencer St
- Wolger St
Fees, Medicare, and Insurance
There will be no changes to fees or payment methods, and Medicare rebates remain unaffected. You also do not need to update any of your details with Medicare or private health insurance, as the move does not impact your existing coverage.

We want to ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible. Our new location includes:
