We have compiled a list of inspiring podcast recommendations that act as some sort of sound recovery that touches on body-positive movements as well as focus on embracing body love. Use these podcasts as a great distraction!

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Christy Harrison touch on building an individual’s relationship with food, restrictive behaviours, body love whilst also touching on her own personal experience and journey from disordered eating.
Inspiring and body-positive role model Meret Boxler’s podcast touches on the importance of creating a healthy relationship with your body and food. She touches on the journey of accepting and loving your body and saying goodbye to disordered eating and abusive use of exercise. This podcast will definitely inspire you to become a stronger you and to build the confidence you deserve.
