Surviving Christmas Resources

Although Christmas is an amazing and joyful time of year for many, unfortunately it is not the same for others. It is a period where many that are suffering with an eating disorder get anxious due to the many aspects associated with Christmas, including the focus on food. We have put together a list of the many resources, tips and blog posts BodyMatters have spread over the year below:

  • Lifeline: A crisis support service that provides short term support at any time for people who are having difficulty coping or staying safe.
