Anya has extensive experience supporting children and adolescents experiencing difficulties associated with complex trauma. Anya works with children, adolescents and adults that present with a range of psychological issues including anxiety and depression, attachment issues, suicide and self-harm, eating disorders, emotion regulation difficulties, and children demonstrating sexually harmful behaviour.
Using a compassionate person-centred approach, Anya draws on evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques.
Anya is a warm and empathetic psychologist who takes a flexible, collaborative approach to therapy and aims to provide a safe space for clients to improve their well-being.
Anya currently holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and has a national registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a provisional psychologist.
