They work collaboratively with you to improve your relationship with food and your body. This includes viewing the body holistically to understand what healthy eating is, how this can fit within your life, budget and enjoyments. Enjoying your meals and creating a better relationship with your eating habits is a way to bring pleasure into your journey and explore new ways of thinking when it comes to understanding health and wellbeing both mentally and physically. Learning the cycles our body goes through can help us fuel properly.
