Our Dietitians Sally Drinan and Elle Snow are both Accredited Practicing Dietitians, registered with the Dietitians Association of Australia and hold extensive experience in working with Eating Disorders as well as holding ANZAED Eating Disorder credentials.

Our dietitians explore with you the opportunity to nurture your body at different stages of the recovery journey, they offer nutrition counselling to work towards physical nourishment and restoration of normal eating behaviours. They work collaboratively with you to improve your relationship with food and your body. This includes viewing the body holistically to understand what healthy eating is, how this can fit within your life, budget and enjoyments. Enjoying your meals and creating a better relationship with your eating habits is a way to bring pleasure into your journey and explore new ways of thinking when it comes to understanding health and wellbeing both mentally and physically. Learning the cycles our body goes through can help us fuel properly.
