Executive Assistant

BodyMatters Team for eating disorders, body image and food relationship

I have a solid background in healthcare and a college education in psychology, which has given me a deeper understanding of human behavior. As Carl Jung once said, ‘I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.’ I am passionate about helping individuals who are struggling with mental health issues. My goal is to provide the support they need to overcome these challenges and guide them toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
