Clinical Psychologist

Jaime’s qualifications include a Master of Clinical Psychology, Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours, and Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Jaime is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).

Jaime has always had an interest in people, behaviour and well-being. Her interest in eating disorders started whilst working in private practice as a psychologist in a regional area. It became evident the lack of specialised services to treat eating disorders and the subsequent comorbid presentations such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues and trauma. It was then that Jaime became passionate about reducing the stigma associated with eating disorders through therapy, education and support.

Jaime prides herself in researching and staying on top of current effective evidence-based practice and likes to take a holistic approach to working with your mental and physical wellbeing and health. Jaime enjoys working collaboratively with yourself to set goals and formulate individualised plans for treatment. She has experience in working with a broad range of presentations.

Jaime offers telehealth appointments and is available for appointments at BodyMatters on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
