  4. Remember: thinness does NOT equal health

  1. I feel social media (instagram) has accelerated a much larger emphasise on body image and being skinny! We need to just use social media to encourage being healthy and happy, rather than aspiring to be stick thin and fit into an unrealistic mould of what society dictates we should be and feel about our bodies.
