WHY DID YOU PURSUE YOUR FIELD? It is an interesting field that is both challenging and rewarding. The treatment approach is structured but can always be tailored to the client in order to meet their needs. I am a “people person” and enjoy supporting and empowering others to develop the tools that can move them towards a meaningful life.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO WORK AT BODYMATTERS? I love the culture and team at BodyMatters – it is consistently supportive, energetic and lively. I am surrounded by a team of professionals who have helped me to enhance my knowledge of the psychological discipline and intervention strategies.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS: I would love to continue to work in the field of psychology in my capacity as a psychologist as well as an educator and presenter across health, school and corporate settings.
FAVOURITE SPORTS OR ACTIVITIES: Going to the beach, drinking coffee, doing exercise out in nature (particularly by the water).
FAVOURITE HOBBIES OR INTERESTS: Anything psychology related – books and podcasts. I also love design, fashion and being outdoors in the sunshine and by the water.

WHO OR WHAT INSPIRES YOU: Growth and expansion are key themes in my life – I am inspired by people who have knowledge in areas that are unknown to me, and who can teach me new things. I am inspired by people who showcase vulnerability and have good interpersonal skills that enable them to better connect with people. I am inspired by people who can help to foster my growth in a professional and personal sense.
