BodyMatters have put together a list of blogs (in no particular order) that we believe may be useful in supporting you on your recovery journey. We understand that some personal narratives can be triggering due to their inclusion of numbers or descriptions that other sufferers may not identify with, so we have been careful to avoid blogs with these characteristics. Whilst each blog is unique, they all contain valuable information, helpful resources and are recovery focused. So, set some time aside for yourself and have a read.
Love Body Yoga demonstrates how yoga can be used as a tool for recovery. Love Body Yoga posts one yoga class onto the webpage each week.
