  1. I am a strong believer in healing food and I think everyone struggling with mental health issues would greatly benefit from clean eating and simple exercise in the sun. Small doses of sunlight boost my mood and energy faster than most things. Eating healthy clears your body and mind, making it easier to focus on healing their mental health – less distracted from other health issues that can be easily solved with healthy alternatives.
